Application
These terms and conditions will apply to the purchase of the Services and Goods from I Knead Pizza.
These are the terms and conditions on which I Knead Pizza sells its Services and Goods to you. By ordering any of the Services and Goods as set out in our website, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions.
Customer Responsibility for Outside Catering. Deposits
I Knead Pizza will ask for a 50% deposit in advance for any outside catering, eg weddings, private parties, corporate events and catering bookings. I Knead Pizza require a minimum of 3 months notice for cancelling your event. This deposit secures the date of your event when booking 12 months in advance.
I Knead Pizza will ask for full payment for events with only 2 months booking notice. After the booking and payment is made a minimum of 4 weeks notice will be required for cancelling the event. If this is not given only 50% of the full amount can be returned.
I Knead Pizza will ask for full payment for events with only less than 4 weeks booking notice. After the booking and payment is made, this is non-refundable.
Services
The description of the Services and any Goods is as set out on our website. In the case of any Services and Goods made to your special requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure that any information you provide is accurate.
We can make changes to the Services which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement. We will notify you of these changes. All services are subject to availability.
Any quotation or estimate of Fees is valid for a maximum period of 7 days from its date, unless, we expressly withdraw it at an earlier time.
Weddings, Parties and Corporate.
For weddings we arrive an hour before the event and serve for a maximum of 3 hours. If the food has not been consumed in this 3 hour time the service will stop. The wedding party will be responsible for their guests consuming the food within the terms and conditions. Delays in service will result in a premium hourly rate. £100 per hour.
Allergies
Allergies and dietary requirements must be disclosed upon booking events. I Knead Pizza cannot be held responsible for any dietary or allergies reactions that have not been disclosed.
Privacy
Your privacy is critical to us. We respect your privacy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to your personal information.

Circumstances beyond the control of I Knead Pizza
In the event of any failure because of something beyond its reasonable control:
I Knead Pizza will advise the other party as soon as reasonably practicable. I Knead Pizza reserves the right to offer the other party a refund provided the other party acts reasonably.
